You can study on campus, online, or through a hybrid format. Our physical campuses are in Winnipeg, Calgary and Edmonton. Online students can access support remotely by phone, email or video. ## Campuses and student spaces Our three campuses provide classrooms, laboratories, study areas and public spaces. Each campus is located near public transportation and local amenities. ### Calgary campus Address: 2912 Memorial Drive SE, Calgary, Alberta - About a five-minute walk from Franklin LRT Station - Includes classrooms, laboratories, public spaces and a quiet sensory-friendly study room - Student lounge and a Student Resource Centre where you can study, work on group projects, search for jobs, or prepare your resume ### Edmonton campus Address: 10010-100 Street NW, downtown Edmonton - About a five-minute walk from Central Station - Includes classrooms, laboratories, study areas, public spaces and a quiet sensory-friendly study room ### Winnipeg campus Address: 180 Main Street, downtown Winnipeg - Within walking distance of The Forks, Winnipeg Square, and the Sports, Hospitality and Entertainment District - Includes classrooms, laboratories, study areas, public spaces and a quiet sensory-friendly study room ### Accessibility and on-campus requirements The Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg campuses provide step-free entry, accessible washrooms and welcome service animals. Hybrid students attend scheduled in-person sessions for hands-on learning, while fully online students can complete their programs without coming to campus. ## Learning community and connection On-campus learning gives you opportunities to connect with classmates and instructors face to face. Hybrid programs combine scheduled online instruction with in-person campus sessions. Online programs use structured virtual classes while allowing you to complete coursework on your own schedule. Instructors provide support through email and virtual or in-person office hours. If you need help with coursework, contact your instructor early. If a course has ended and you still need assistance, you can open an academic support ticket through Brightspace or contact the Academic Support Team. We also host guest speakers who connect with students through in-person or live online sessions. These sessions can help you learn from people and organizations working in professional and community settings. ## Events, culture and community involvement Our public news and events archive includes community-focused activities, cultural programming and partnership events. Examples include: - A 2025 partnership with the Edmonton Heritage Festival, held August 2 to 4 at Edmonton Exhibition Lands and Borden Park, featuring more than 68 cultural groups sharing food, music, dance and art. - A 2025 collaboration with the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation and United Way of the Alberta Capital Region supporting the Tools for School program for students in Edmonton and surrounding areas. - A 2021 live conversation with the Bear Clan Patrol during National Indigenous History Month. The session introduced students and community members to the volunteer-led organization’s neighbourhood walks, food and care-package distribution, community clean-up and other support activities. ### Diversity, equity and inclusion Our diversity, equity and inclusion work includes a live DEI Conversation Series featuring organizations, community groups and individuals working to advance diversity, equity and inclusion. Students may choose not to attend class or write exams or tests on holy days of their religion, with arrangements made to complete missed work without penalty. ### International student orientation and advising International students receive orientation and personal advising that can include: - Cultural adaptation information - Health insurance and health information - Volunteer opportunities - Accommodations - Airport reception for eligible new students - Guidance about SIN cards and income tax ## Student support and belonging You can start with your student advisor if you are unsure which support service to use. Learner Support Services includes academic support, advising, accessibility services, financial support and wellbeing-related resources. These services are included as part of being a Robertson student and are available to online students as well as campus-based students. ### Accessibility Services Accessibility Services can arrange accommodations and adaptive supports. Contact the team at the start of your program so accommodations can be set up before coursework increases. You can also reach out later if your needs change. ### Graduation ceremonies Graduation ceremonies are available to students whether they study online or in person, giving graduates an opportunity to mark the completion of their program together. ## Student success stories We share graduate stories from our Business and Technology, Community Services and Health schools. The archive can be browsed by school, campus or program and includes graduates who found employment, changed direction or advanced in their field.
