## Campus hours

If you are looking for the Franklin location, our Calgary campus is the relevant location. It is near Franklin LRT Station at 100–2912 Memorial Drive SE, Calgary, AB T2A 6R1. The campus-specific listing shows regular hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Mountain Time). Franklin Station is about a five-minute walk from campus. Parking is available at Franklin Station, with additional street parking nearby.

The general contact page lists Calgary campus and contact hours as Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Mountain Time). Because the campus page and general contact directory show different closing times, please call 403-920-0070 before visiting late in the afternoon or booking an in-person appointment. Our other physical campus hours are:

- Winnipeg: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Central Time)
- Edmonton: Monday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Mountain Time); Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (Mountain Time)

Campus hours describe regular physical access and general campus contact availability. Class times, practicum hours, and program-specific schedules can differ and should be confirmed with your program team.

## Online learning access

Online programs run through Brightspace (D2L). You can use Brightspace to attend live virtual classes, watch recorded lectures, submit assignments, communicate with instructors, and track your progress from a device with an internet connection.

Course materials such as notes and video tutorials are available 24/7, so you can review learning content outside regular campus hours. Online learning is not completely unscheduled: current online programs include scheduled live instruction, and most programs require approximately 20 to 25 hours per week combining live sessions with self-paced coursework. Recorded sessions can be used for review if you cannot attend a live session.

## Seasonal changes and closures

Regular campus hours are published by location rather than by season. We do not publish a summer-hours schedule in the available campus information, and no fixed holiday closure dates are listed with the regular hours. Check with the campus before travelling on a statutory holiday, during winter holidays, or during an emergency closure.
