## Enrollment and start dates

We accept applications throughout the year rather than using one annual intake. Available start dates vary by program, and each program page lists the dates that apply to that program.

If you are choosing a program or confirming your start date, speak with an Admissions Advisor. After acceptance, you sign your enrollment application to reserve your spot.

For questions about an existing enrollment, course start, or your student record, contact Student Services:

- Email: help.learnersupport@robertsoncollege.ca
- Contact page: https://www.robertsoncollege.com/contact/

Admissions questions about program requirements, tuition, and available start dates should go to an Admissions Advisor rather than Student Services.

A fixed, public course-registration window for currently enrolled students is not specified on available student resources. Your program-specific schedule and start date should be confirmed with Student Services or your advisor.

## Current-student resources and registration support

Our Current Students page provides access to the Student Guide, student resources, academic support information, Brightspace resources, and commonly requested forms:

We use Brightspace for course access and learning activities. If you cannot locate your Brightspace login information, contact brightspacesupport@robertsoncollege.ca and include:

- Your first and last name
- Your campus of study
- Your Student ID number
- Your Robertson College email address

Brightspace login:

The Student ID number is used as part of the support and account-identification process. A separate public procedure for issuing student IDs or producing enrollment-verification documents is not described on available pages.

## Transcripts and student records

Use our Transcript and Student Record Requests page to request a transcript, letter, or other student record from a diploma program or micro-course:

Important notes on eligibility and where to request records:

- The online diploma-program request form is limited to domestic graduates.
- Global learners should not use that form.
- Learners in Manitoba should contact ACC for their records.
- Learners in Alberta should contact RDP for their records.
- Current students should contact Student Services directly instead of using the graduate transcript form.

Fees and processing information listed on the request page:

- Transcript reprint for personal use: $20 per copy
- Program course descriptions: $25 per copy (processing time: 7 to 10 business days)

The public request page does not specify delivery methods, identity-verification requirements, or separate processing times for every type of letter or student record.

If you need a document for an institution, employer, government office, or other third party, contact Student Services before submitting a request.

## Changing programs, transferring credit, and re-enrolling

### Re-enrollment (returning after a break)

If you have taken a break from your studies, our re-enrollment process can apply either to returning to the same program or transferring eligible completed coursework into a different Robertson program.

Re-enrollment in the same program is available when you have been away for less than two years, provided that all outstanding tuition balances have been cleared.

Accounting and Payroll Administrator courses completed in partnership with the National Payroll Institute are excluded from re-enrollment eligibility.

If you want to start a different program, contact an Admissions Advisor first to confirm that you meet the new program’s admission requirements.

Then complete the Credit Transfer/Re-enrollment Application:

Application fee and timelines:

- Fee: $50 non-refundable application fee for each re-enrollment application, unless Robertson confirms that an exemption applies.
- Payment deadline: Payment must be made within 14 days after submitting the application.
- Review: The Learner Review Committee reviews the application after payment.
- Decision timeline: Results are emailed within 10 business days of the payment date.
- Validity: The decision remains valid for six months. A new application is required if you do not enroll within that period.

### Transfer credit within Robertson (previous Robertson coursework)

Previously completed courses are reviewed separately for transfer-credit eligibility. This review can take an additional 10 business days.

You receive results by email, including the earliest available start date. After receiving the credit-transfer decision, reply to confirm that you want to proceed, then work with your Student Admissions Advisor through the regular enrollment process.

### Transfer credit from another post-secondary institution

For credit transfer from another post-secondary institution, submit:

- Official transcripts
- Detailed course outlines or syllabi
- Credit Transfer Application form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeCDuulpWxhNU4dfCLI1FQjOMOzWFiI3WbY0rDpF3aPBidBBQ/viewform

Fees, rules, and timelines:

- Fee: $50 non-refundable application fee applies to external transfer-credit applications.
- Eligibility: Credit transfer is for domestic students.
- Timing: Credit transfer cannot be awarded after you have started your program. Apply at least six weeks before your intended program start.
- Validity: Transfer-credit results are valid for six months.
- Appeals: Results cannot be appealed. You may submit a new application with additional supporting documentation.

### Withdrawing (away for more than two years)

If you withdrew more than two years ago, you do not need to apply for re-enrollment, but previously completed courses may still be reviewed for transfer credit.

A formal withdrawal request is available through our Student Forms page:

## Records and support contacts

For current-student enrollment, registration, and record questions, contact Student Services:

- Email: help.learnersupport@robertsoncollege.ca

To help us locate your record and direct your request to the right team, include:

- Full name
- Campus or learning format
- Student ID number
- Program
- A clear description of what you need

Use the transcript request page for eligible domestic graduates, and use the credit-transfer or re-enrollment forms when you need prior coursework reviewed before beginning or restarting a program.
